Warm welcome to a transformational retreat for a small group of women, ready to come together and create from their soul and divine source.
You want to dive deep into your own consciousness to be able to level up. Connect with your inner self on a level that you never have done before.
Each of us comes to the retreat bringing our own unique gifts, ready to rise the frequencies of the whole group as well as knowing how this is going to affect us on an individual level as well as the collective.
This week together on the magical island Create and in our beautiful retreat place Villa Melodie, we come together to tune into the melody of our soul and together create new songs of creation.
We have created this unique retreat and invited only people that we know will help us create the energy we want in the group. Highly qualified, powerful healers, coaches and therapists, chosen not only because of their skills but also because of their beautiful souls and amazing consciousness.The idea is that everyone will be co-creators and participate with some of your expertise it could be group healing, meditation or whatever we agree about. Since you are invited we know you have a lot to offer.
We will be working together collectively raising the vibration of all who attend. As a participant you will be able to work on your own self whilst sampling a diverse, powerful array of healing modalities.
We will give you what we have to help you to dive deep into your consciousness and to stay in your power.

Tone Evebø
Tone is from Norway.
In 2019 Tone hit the wall and got burnt out.
After pushing herself too hard for a long time.
She has children with special needs. There was never enough time to be the mum she wanted to be. She felt guilt and shame for not being good enough.
She knew she had make big changes in her
life so she started education to become a coach.
She loves to learn new things to develop
herself and to help others.
She is educated in kinesiology, shiatsu massage,
Reiki healing, Pranayama and breathwork teacher,
Lifecoach, Healthcoach, Spiritual psychology coach
and Holistic therapist.
She is also Practitioner in New Thought.
Villa Melodie where the Retreat is held is
Tone`s second home so she know the area well.
Miriam Stener
Miriam Stener is a poet and an expert in the field of energetics and metaphysics and especially shadow work. Her strength is to help you feel safe, while you shine a light on your shadows. Meeting them with compassion and love.
It is said diamonds are born in the dark. Miriam is here to support you in your journey towards activating the beautiful crystals inside of you that are ready to shine their brilliant light into this world!!!

Miriam was born in Norway and grew up surrounded by beautiful nature. As a child she used to dance to the four elements and as an adult she is passionate about teaching how to create in alignment with nature's four elements.
Upleveling Retreat for healers and therapists!
Do you know how much healing energy we can create together?
We are powerful healers and as a group this will become a magical week.We will visit sacred places with Leylines. The aboriginals in Australia called them songline, as they believed the universe was sung into existence. The Cretan people, whether in war or peace, never gave up music and dance. We invite those of you who want to, to participate in sacred cacao ceremonies followed by divine dances and primordial singing on these ley/songlines. We also invite those of you who want to, to sit in quiet meditation and just listen to the frequencies of these magical sacred places. And yes, you can do both!
We will start every morning with a meditation, breathwork, easy yoga or cacao ceremony, something to get us in that high vibing energy from the very beginning of the day.
Since each of us have different energetic blueprints, some might want to be more active, while others need time on their own to rest, this is taken into consideration. There will be things we do together, but also lots of free time that you get to spend the way your energy preferes.
You will also have time off to go to the beach or just relax at the pool area.
